I started out as a marketing associate at UBS Asset Management. The firm had just undergone an organization-wide lift and shift in the look and feel of all marketing materials. In this role, I facilitated the the conversion of marketing collateral such as whitepapers, newsletters, slide decks and fact sheets in to the new brand templates. I honed an exacting attention to detail during this effort: there were strict guidelines on font sizes, photography, layout and color. To ensure that the firm maintained its prestigious reputation for accuracy, I had to be absolutely certain that the marketing materials were in line with brand guidelines.

When new portfolio managers and investment specialists joined the firm, I assumed the responsibility for part of their onboarding process. To standardize this process, I created a best-practices guide on how to maintain brand integrity and successfully utilize the firm's proprietary templates.
